Evan P. Banker

Evan Banker is an associate at Chalat Hatten & Koupal, pursuing his dream to be a trial lawyer. Mr. Banker earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, gaining litigation experience in the school's legal clinic representing low-income plaintiffs, working with the Hon. Robert S. Hyatt and with a major Denver civil defense firm. He also competed in ABA sponsored national appellate advocacy competitions, receiving special recognition for his writing. Mr. Banker's practice focuses upon ski accidents, auto accidents and professional negligence. Born and raised in New Jersey, Mr. Banker is an accomplished skier, using his expert knowledge when aggressively representing victims of ski accidents. Mr. Banker is licensed to practice in all Colorado state and federal courts.
