Christopher P. Koupal

Chris Koupal is a partner at Chalat Hatten & Koupal where his practice concentrates on recreational accidents, professional negligence, premises liability, and automobile accidents. A graduate of the University of Denver College of Law, Mr. Koupal served as a member and general editor of the Denver University Law Review, and served as an extern to the Honorable Judge Wiley Daniel, United States District Court for the District of Colorado. Mr. Koupal joined the Chalat Hatten firm upon graduating, and immediately began his litigation career. Since then, he has negotiated numerous six-figure settlements for clients, and was a member of the trial team which earned a $10.1 Million jury verdict in the firm's 2007 medical malpractice trial.
